The Problem
Manufacturing plants face costly unplanned downtime because legacy machinery lacks modern IoT sensors. Retrofitting these machines with internal sensors is expensive and invasive, often voiding warranties.
EchoSense uses non-invasive external microphones and Edge AI to establish an "audio fingerprint" for industrial machines. It analyzes vibration acoustics in real-time to detect subtle frequency shifts that indicate bearing wear or motor fatigue up to 48 hours before failure occurs.
